DEFROSTING TURKEYS:

The CNSRV DC:02 defrosted four 8lbs turkey breasts for a multinational grocery store chain in roughly two hours using only 7 gallons of water.

In the past this same grocery store chain was forced to rely on the running faucet method- they would run their faucet for around 5 hours to defrost the same amount of turkey and in that time they would waste over 2,000 gallons of water.
